Salary: Kes. 35,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs using booking systems
  • Handle room reservations and phone/email inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve guest concerns courteously and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • KCSE Certificate (minimum).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service Skills Certificate
  • Proficiency in basic computer use (MS Office, hotel software)
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili

  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs
  • Document and report recurring issues to management
  • Promote services and upsell amenities when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • KCSE Certificate; additional training in customer service preferred
  • Customer Service Skills Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for accurate service

Qualifications:

  • KCSE Certificate; hospitality or food service training is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Customer Service Skills Certificate
  • Neat, friendly, and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stand for long periods
  • Team player with attention to detail
